The Banff Housing Corporation manages a variety of rental properties located in Banff. Our inventory encompasses a mix of studio (26 units), 1-bedroom (69 units), and 2-bedroom (38) units including 9 barrier free (2 studios, 4 1-bed, 3 2-bed units).

Available rentals are offered to eligible waitlisted applicants on a first come, first served basis.
