The Banff Housing Corporation manages a variety of rental properties located in Banff. Our inventory includes a mix of studio (26 units), 1-bedroom (69 units), and 2-bedroom (38) units including 9 barrier free (2 studios, 4x 1-bed, 3x 2-bed units). 

Available units are offered to eligible waitlisted applicants on a first come, first served basis.

Wolf Street Housing

The Town of Banff is moving forward with a new housing development at 50 Wolf Street, marking a major step toward addressing the community’s critical housing needs.

This project will develop two buildings with 70 new rental units (1-bedroom and studios) for eligible Banff residents and 8,000 sq ft of community space to be used by all Banffites.
