The Banff Housing Corporation offers a variety of below market ownership properties located throughout Banff. The inventory ranges in sizes from 1-bedroom apartments to single family homes.

Available ownership opportunities are offered to eligible waitlisted applicants based on a points allocation system with a first-time home buyer priority access.
