RENTAL PROGRAM WAIT TIMES

Wait times are estimated and based on tenant turnovers. These estimations are not a guaranteed wait time for applicants and may fluctuate over time. This information is intended to be a general indicator for the Rental Program and provide a better understanding of how long it may take to be housed.

Current estimated wait time for all unit types: 2 years from application approval.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

New construction units are expected to impact wait times as new units are added to the inventory.
